I work with companies who have existing loans with the Ohio Development Services Agency. I also do loan modifications and workouts, manage pay requests, and assist with review of companies seeking new loans through ODSA programs. I currently manage a loan portfolio of 100+ companies in Ohio.

As Vice President I am the social media person and grant writer for the COHJS, bringing the original jazz in America (from the 1920's. 1930's. and 1940's) to central Ohio since 1981.

I provided planning support to the administration and the City Planning Commission and worked on attracting new businesses to the community and retaining the existing businesses. I administered all tax credits and tax abatements for the City as well as the Tax Increment Financing Program. I also prepared grant applications and administered State, Federal, and foundation grants for the City. I worked with the Chamber of Commerce and other community organizations, such as the Bexley Farmers' Market and the Friends of Bexley Community Garden on their projects. In addition, I introduced the City to social media, administering the City's Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Canal Winchester, Ohio

I worked on attracting new companies to our industrial park and was active in the Canal Winchester Main Street program as we worked on revitalizing our downtown. I held board positions on both the Chamber of Commerce and the Visitors and Convention Bureau and worked closely with those organizations. I prepared and administered Federal and State grants for the Village and was successful in creating the first Foreign Trade Zone at the Canal Pointe Industry & Commerce Park.

I started as a Loan Officer and later became Senior Loan Officer. I also managed the Pooled Industrial Revenue Bond program for the State of Ohio, then became a Business Development Specialist, managing new business prospects as they attempted to navigate the State's system of obtaining business loans, grants, and tax credits.

I managed the federal Community Development Block Grant program for the City, which focused on home rehabilitation and community infrastructure activities. I also served as the planning and zoning staff tot he City Planning Commission. I was liaison to the Richland Economic Development Corporation for the City on economic development projects.

I managed the Codes and Permits Department, responsible for a staff of 7. We enforced all building codes and housing maintenance codes for the City. I also served as staff to the City Planning Commission for planning and zoning issues. I wrote a new zoning ordinance and new subdivision regulations for the City during this time period.

I was responsible for all land use planning, zoning reviews, and subdivision reviews for the unincorporated areas of Richland County. I also developed zoning codes for many of the townships and several municipalities in the County. I also developed a community park plan for the Village of Ontario, and a Land Use Master Plan for the Village of Lexington and the City of Shelby during this time. I was the federal A-95 Review Coordinator for the county, reviewing all federally funded programs for conformance with local area plans and programs.
