Strict financial management for fiscal year 2001 resulted in laboratory 22% decrease in average procedure cost and Pharmacy decrease of 10.5% in average prescription cost, while expanding volume and clinical service lines. Total of seventy-six F.T.E, seven direct reports. Additional responsibilities in performing strategic planning and management activities within the facility, including assisting in computer hardware and application acquisitions, privatization transition of selected services and Diagnostic Imaging Department seven million dollar renovation project management.
