About Bruce Lauer

Bruce began his career as a staff accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1968. He moved to Miami in 1972 and began working at The Allen Morris Company, the granddaddy of commercial real estate companies in South Florida. During his employment he was responsible for performing the accounting function of 36 closely held corporations and a private foundation for Allen Morris.In 1976 Bruce and three others were equal owners of Clark-Biondi Company, a full service real estate company. Prior to the sale of the company to Grubb & Ellis in 1985, Bruce grew the management to 7 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in South Florida.In 1988 CLW Real Estate Services Group was formed. Bruce was a co-founder of that company until 2005, at which time it was sold to Lou Varsames and Doug Rothschild. Cassidy Turley acquired CLW in 2013.
