I developed my love for the outdoors when I was a child. My family would go on camping trips and my siblings and I would race around the countryside. Eventually, I got a job working as a guide with a local outfitter. This experience planted the seed that would eventually grow into my career.After high school, I joined the Marines. As a child, I grew up watching movies and shows with military heroes and I decided to become one. Instead of becoming a hero I learned about discipline and attention to detail. I also re-discovered my passion for leading groups into adventure. After my honorable discharge, I attended Arizona State University and obtained the degree that would solidify my intention of becoming an entrepreneur.While in school I created a business plan for an adventure tour company. When I had a class that used a business as the model, I asked my professors if we could use my concept. A few of them allowed it. So, in effect, I got to filter my idea through the college system. Along the way I’d started the company – Arizona White Knuckle Adventures. Wow, did I make my share of mistakes.Fast forward to today – I’ve been guiding and operating in the adventure business for over 25 years. Along the way we’ve made quite a few changes. We dissolved the original concept and created 360 Adventures. Today, we operate our own guide service, specializing in rock climbing, mountain biking, canyoneering and hiking/backpacking. In addition, we also facilitate adventure logistics for leisure and business travelers.My goal, all along, has been to create memories of a lifetime.
