➢ Advocating the implementation of an Automated Testing solution to support ongoing release and regression testing of our new Salesforce, Athena and AGS Azure based Operating Platform. ➢ Proactively researched and developed proof of concepts utilizing frameworks such as Katalon with Groovy that is based on Java, Selenium with Python and settling on the Microsoft Playwright with Type Script that is a super set of JavaScript solution that our manual testers were able to quickly master and could be implemented with minimum cost.➢ Providing leadership to a team of ten testers located both on-shore and off-shore and instilling in them the best QA practices to ensure a quality product is delivered to our clients.➢ Hands-on leader that moved our current manual functional testers into the arena of API and backend validation by ensuring that they became fluent in the use of tools such as Postman to validate APIs, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to create SQL Data Base queries and DBeaver to create Snowflake Data Base queries.➢ Providing hands-on testing support of our legacy applications supporting both maintenance and emergencyreleases into our Production environment➢ Establishing and enforcing QA standards within our team

➢ Supporting existing and new markets utilizing the principles of Agile Development, attending associated ceremonies, and championing Agile’ s best practices➢ Utilizing JIRA to monitor User Story progress from an overall implementation point-of-view and developing associated manual Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) Cucumber test cases supporting End to End testing written in the Gherkin syntax and maintaining them using the JIRA Xray plug-in to manage a track defects.➢ Utilizing DBeaver Database management tool and SQL Server Management Studio to develop and execute Snowflake and SQL scripts to support data validation for generalized backend testing.
