Humanitarian work is my passion, led by the goal of ensuring that men, women, girls, and boys from different social background have rights and should live a dignify life. Working as humanitarian, I met people from different culture, different religion, and different race. Reaching the most vulnerable people is always my focus even in some dangerous conditions. Currently as Protection Mainstreaming Technical Advisor, I am providing technical support to several programs of my organization in different part of the world mainly in African countries. In my role, I am working closely to those providing humanitarian assistant in the field helping them to put the safety, dignity, and facility access to humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable people affected by different crisis. To bring humanitarian actors to fulfil their responsibilities, I am providing training, coaching and mentorship to staff from my organization and partners. After my grade at Institut du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics, I started working at a local non - government organization (Charisecours) in Kinshasa, where I was proving care to orphans, street children and children affected by crisis helping them to be reintegrated in the society. As a social worker, I attended several trainings on social work to be able to provide appropriate care for children in need.From the local organization, I was hired by Save the Children International to work in the city of Mbujimayi in the Democratic Republic of Congo to provide protection services to vulnerable families, children working in mining and street children. With my work experience of more than 17 years mostly in providing technical support and managing projects in the goal of improving the quality of humanitarian relief and promote affected population empowerment to build their resilience; I have worked in different countries in Africa. To be able to deliver quality humanitarian and development aid to the most vulnerable people and those affected by crisis, I attended several trainings and have conducted several trainings.
