About Bruce M. Hicks, Ph.D.

Bruce M. Hicks teaches at Concordia University in Montreal, where he lives, though is currently the BMO Visiting Fellow and an adjunct professor at the Glendon School of Public and International Affairs of York University in Toronto. He holds a PhD. from the Université de Montréal, and an M.A. and B.A. from McGill University in political science.
