About Bruce Marshall

I have 40 years of consulting experience managing a wide range of energy, mining and water resources projects. Areas of expertise include produced water management, mine water management, high altitude Abandoned Mine Land (AML) remediation projects, mine permitting, gas storage facility permitting, Use Attainability Analyses (UAA), NPDES permitting, and regulatory support under CERCLA, RCRA and CWA. I have also served as the Project Geochemist on projects involving the fate and transport of metals, inorganics, natural gas, petroleum products, solvents and radionuclides in soil, surface water, groundwater, lacustrine, and estuarine settings.
