At that time, we were customizing an assembly line simulation tool including a large ergonomics and human modeling components for Chrysler. We organized several workshops and design reviews. Bruce was leading a team of engineers that were directly collaborating with us. Bruce was a very demanding customer not because of exaggerated requests or time frame but because he knew what he wanted, knew what the needs of his team, he made clear objectives for the project, he understood our ability to response as well as our technical limits and he accepted nothing less than what was agreed upon. I liked working with Bruce because he was able to obtain within a good balance the best of us (as a supplier) but also the best out his employees. On top of his skill to express himself without detour he was able to listen and understand what was needed to reach our common goal.
