I taught a wide range of Senior level Social Studies classes inlcuding Grade 11 Contemporary World, Grade 11 World History (had an AP component), Grade 11 Political Science, Grade 9 Revolutionary History, Grade 9 Ethics and Religious Culture, Grade 11 Criminal Law, Grade 11 Civil Law, and Grade 11 World Literature. This is an an all-boys CAIS for Grades K-11 at that time. Coached diverse sports at different levels including ice hockey (championship teams), soccer, fencing, and lacrosse. Ran a classrom that was part of the TAG program for advising students. Ran the Beaverbrook Vimy Ridge Scholarship program, and coached the public speaking program in the first five years that I was there. I completed my CAIS Leadership Institute diploma in 2018 and CAIS Next Steps program in 2019 while working at the school along with other professional development certifications such as ISEEN.

Awarded the Hinton Chair for History/Pollitics for a one-year sabbatical at SMUS. Awarded as an oustanding educator, and recognized as such at Board of Governors dinner in June of 2016. I taught two classes of Grade 12 Law and two classes of Grade 9 History. Coached Senior school level soccer and cricket. Begin CAIS Leadership Institute with first module completed. Was given professional development funding for myself and for school advancement purposes. Researched extensively for the eventual completion of my History Book to be published in January of 2022. This is considered a prestigious position within the school named after former student and teacher, Leslie Hinton.
