About Bruce Mccrea

I am an experienced aviation maintenance and training professional with over 30 years experience. After several years working overseas, I have relocated back home to Ft. Lauderdale. I am part of a small but experienced Customer Service team taking care of U.S. Piaggio P180 Avanti customers.Formerly based in Venice, Italy I was part of a muti-national Superjet International Customer Services team for the new Russian Regional jet, the Sukhoi Superjet 100. As Customer Account Manager, I was the main Customer Service point-of-contact for Interjet Airlines and future North and South American Customers. Earlier in the development of the program my responsibility was development and implementation of the first maintenance training courses for the Superjet 100. I was also responsible for all instructor qualifications. Prior to Superjet, I was part of the Airbus Customer Services team in the U.S. First as a training professional at the Miami Training Center for almost 20 years and later as part of the Total Support Package team at Skybus Airlines. I am proud of the role that I played in the incredible growth of the Airbus brand in North and South America during that time.Specialties: I have years of experience as a qualified instructor on all Airbus types (except A380), and now additionally the SSJ100.I aslo have several years leading teams responsible for course development, including associated training manuals.
