Zorakle Profiles provides assessment tools in the franchise sector using meta-analysis integrating seven statistically validated sciences to determine franchisor/franchisee compatibility and predicts performance.I am also CEO at BDC Partners where we help franchisors and retailers to grow through partnering them with our 5 professional services businesses run by experienced former franchisors.Further, I am the Founder & Principal of BDC Law with a legal practice specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions and Franchising.I am also a director of Hattch, a unique franchising lead generation platform that matches franchisors to qualified potential franchisees.Finally, I am a franchisee with Recovery Lab Australia. It is health & wellness studio in Mornington, Victoria, Australia operated by my daughters.Over the past decade I have worked closely with businesses of all sizes that are growing by acquisition, franchise expansion or organic development to assist them find commercial solutions to legal challenges and problems.I'm passionate about building relationships with clients and colleagues built on excellent service and great collaboration and communication.I am also a keen participant in various community and charity organisations including assistant coach Hawthorn Amateur Football Club Womens team, Mt Eliza Junior Football Club and previously coached both of my daughters U15 girls to a 1 point Grand Final win! I was also Nipper Captain at Mornington Life Saving Club from 2014 to 2016, chair of the Bloody Big Swim organising committee from 2013 to 2015 and previously a member of the Irvine Club that raises money for various charities including KidsXpress and the Will Murray Foundation.
