Experienced CFO who along with my business partners led the growth of Food Innovations Baking Group ("FIBG") over a 15 year period. I was a 30% shareholder.FIBG was created through the acquisition of mainly distressed, complementary businesses in the home baking and baking products space. After successfully integrating them, we drove sales and operational efficiencies to significantly grow EBITDA and shareholder value.This strategy saw FIBG grow from a small single site operation with 25 staff, £2.5m sales & £350k EBITDA to £50m gross sales and over £4m EBITDA, across four sites, employing >300 people. This was achieved solely through debt financing (ABL and cashflow lending), with no additional equity investment by shareholders along the way.Orchestrated and completed a successful exit to PE in 2019 and fully exited the business in early 2022.I'm now looking for new SME investment opportunities where I can add value.
