Recognized in the organization as an expert in ST to power plant integration. Led the development of the condenser design for a new 2 flow side exhaust steam turbine. Project Lead for the purchase and plant integration of the steam turbine for the first GE extended scope CC Aero Derivative Plant. Resolved significant fleet wide ST water induction problem resulting in corrective action implemented on 22 installed blocks and new guidelines for future plants. Support reference plant development including plant layout design and P&ID development.STRATEGIC PLANNER: I have a demonstrated ability to use “big picture thinking” to achieve objectives. I led my team to increase JSOW production from 40 to 100 systems per month, and to increase profits by $2.38M.CUSTOMER FOCUS: Under my leadership, my team successfully served internal and external customers.
