Provided program and project management oversight on two federal contracts supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Was also responsible for the deployment of T-Metrics (ACD) systems on DoD projects supporting the USAF, Air Mobility Command (AMC). Interfaced daily with all federal managers, on-site technical personnel, and managed multiple subcontractors providing support services. Project management duties and responsibilities included; analyzing customer requirements, preparing Statement of Work (SOW), conducting site surveys, system design, equipment estimates, managing all installation activities, and quality assurance.

Served as the PM for the Voice Telecommunications Services (VTS) contract for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Responsibilities on this nationwide assignment included management oversight of all installation, maintenance, and system administration of Nortel and Avaya PBX and V-mail systems, and Compunetix teleconferencing systems.
