In this role I focused on increasing sales and growing profits by encouraging team members to provide excellent customer service and guiding support so monthly goals were consistently met. Some of my contributions included:- Developing staff by providing real-time coaching when dealing with customers. I executed the logistics of outgoing shipments of inventory for vendor and in-store transfers and determined space requirements and location for incoming and outgoing shipments. I exceeded compliance standards of ship-out operations by 95% and received the Employee of the Month award in 2005.
