Led pursuit and capture of major international opportunities for programs internationally, positioning division in dominant competitive position; primary responsibility for developing and qualifying the opportunity, building the customer relationship, delivering tender responses (RFI, sources sought and PQQ responses), establishing WIN strategy and recommending key strategic alliances.2. Worked closely with PM Close Combat Support, Picatinny Arsenal, International and Non-Lethal initiatives

Led proposal, negotiation and subsequently successfully managed and sustained the Australian NINOX UGS program, establishing dominant position for the division in the UGS field, leading to winning subsequently programs such as TRS-SA (USMC) and the FCS (later BCTM) UGS program wins for TDS.2. Established international base and managed the Terrain Commander Product line, including the Italian MoD and French MoD.3. Program Manager for Counter IED System, a unique C-IED system that was successfully deployed in theater.4. Responsible for win strategy, teaming strategies, justifying bid/no-bid decisions, proposal development and management; program performance including meeting technical requirements, schedules and budgets; development and execution of product road maps and product line IR&D/ capital investment plans.

•Sales, marketing, and business manager of the carbon materials product line (carbon-carbon composites, carbon fibers and materials) for US DOD and NASA; focused on extending base to commercially viable products, including leading effort to enter the international carbon-carbon aircraft brake market.

•Engineering Manager for engineering department of advanced composites and syntactic foam division of Grace; responsible for new product design and development, structural analysis, tooling design, and production support. US DOD customers and commercial oil companies. •Program Manager for a 10 million dollar program with the U.S. Navy for composite/syntactic foam buoyancy modules for 688 Class submarines.
