At Diablo Country Club I directed the second phase of a Master Plan which consisted of a $30 million renovation of a historic clubhouse and Tennis Center, and construction of a Wellness Center which was completed in May 2024.Re-established clubhouse and Tennis Center operations after being closed for 18 months during the renovation which included recruiting and onboarding 150 staff members, a new management team, and developing standard operating procedures. Developed a new member experience model with 3 unique restaurants including an “adults only” pub, Wellness Center and group exercise studio with Technogym equipment, a Bocce Pavilion with 4 regulation length courts that supports a robust league, Tennis Center with a bar and café, and a new Pro Shop with an indoor hitting studio.
