I'm passionate about software implementations with over 25 years proven experience managing custom and packaged software project implementation teams (directly or in an oversight capacity). I've worked for a start-up software company, start-up services organization and in a large worldwide services organization with hundreds of people. • Started and grew the Kofax Professional Services practice in 6 years from 2 Consultants into a multi-million dollar services organization with 17 team members (managing 3 Project Managers and 13 Consultants/Architects). Some of the employee development paths/promotions over time included: two Project Managers and two Solutions Architects were promoted to PS Managers, Consultants were promoted to Senior Consultants, Principle Consultants and Architects.• Willing to travel.
