Professional facilitator, trainer & coach based in Surrey, England. I established my own training and facilitation consultancy in 1997, and since then have worked around the world with clients in a wide range of industries and disciplines.A passionate believer in everyone's right to work, learn and engage in their own unique style, I have used a variety of face to face group facilitation tools & techniques and, increasingly, virtual platforms which will enable global teams to operate in an inclusive and creative workshop environment. My work has taken me all over the world and, in particular, to the Russian Federation where I enjoyed nearly twenty years of facilitation and training with some of the most enthusiastic and engaged audiences I have worked with. The current tragic situation has drawn a line under my Russian odyssey but it remains one the most memorable and rewarding chapters in my professional and personal experience. I am an deeply interested in how we work, learn and behave. I have been a LIFO licensee since 1997 and use this highly effective, strength based, behaviour model in my work with groups and individuals. I became a LIFO master trainer in 2016 and have with my colleague, Mark Erskine, launched Applied Strengths Limited which has been appointed as the sole agent for LIFO in the UK. We are excited about the prospect of re-engaging with existing LIFO practitioners and working with Business Consultants in Japan to grow the LIFO family in the UK.
