I am a Business Development Executive at Synectics Staffing Inc., responsible for building client relationships, identifying staffing opportunities, and negotiating recruiting services. I utilize my expertise in prospecting and market analysis to deliver value-driven solutions to clients, contributing to Synectics' success in staffing and recruitment.Prior that, as a Business Development Associate at Jaro Education,I am responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and creating proposals for potential clients. I use my pivot table, analytical, and prospecting skills to identify and qualify opportunities, and to communicate the value proposition of Jaro's innovative learning platform. I have been working in this role for three months, and I am excited to contribute to Jaro''s mission of transforming education through technology. Before joining Jaro, I worked as a Business Development - Operations at Straive, a leading E-Pubslishing company, for two and a half years. I managed the end-to-end process of launching and scaling new courses, from ideation to execution. I collaborated with instructors, content developers, and marketing teams to ensure the quality and success of the courses. I also helped to secure partnerships with universities, corporates, and NGOs to expand the reach and impact of Straive's offerings. I have a MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from MEASI Institute of Management, where I graduated in 2017. I also have a BBA from JP College of Arts and Science, where I graduated in 2015. I am passionate about learning new skills, exploring new markets, and creating value for customers and stakeholders.
