Started playing rock-n-roll professionally at 14 in and around my home town in a number of bands including: OHIO, National Led, and White Horse. Produced an album and hit the road in 1976 and ended up in Los Angeles for the next several years song writing, working as a studio vocal, and performing. I would include more stories but it was the 70's. After my American idol looks began to fade I moved back to North Dakota and raised three boys with my lovely wife Jeanine. I love all my boys and they have become great men. My oldest has attained some notoriety as a professional poker player. Jason's claim to fame includes many world Series of Poker cashes. The most notable was 2010 when he finished 7th in the World Series Main Event. (Got me one ESPN), David has delivered us five grand kids and is a financial analyst for Bremmer Bank. My youngest Billy is a great kid working on becoming a force in St Paul MN.I have worked in sales and marketing in a variety of settings including News paper sales, owner of a small marketing firm, director of a 400 seat telemarketing center, I even took a shot at retail baking with a muffin and cookie franchise. The last 19 years I have been the marketing director of the fastest growing Payroll reporting/Electronic filing company in the US. I've had the pleasure of working for a man who understood technology was going to move the world to automated forms and electronic filing while most businesses were breaking out the typewriter to complete payroll tax forms manually. When I started with Aatrix we had around 4000 Mac payroll customers, we now have over 350,000 businesses using the Aatrix Solution.Aatrix has given me an opportunity gain an understanding of the many challenges businesses face try to comply with ever-changing requirements of hundreds of taxing authorities in the US and Canada. These challenges are faced by mom and pop shops to billion dollar companies. I continue to work with individual businesses, Payroll Accountants, Payroll Software and Cloud Deployed solution developers to find the answers to their unique challenges and deliver measurable ROI driven by efficiencies automation/technology provides.
