I ran a team responsible for the product management and development for Fidelity's Savings & Investment products on the Platform. This includes ISAs, GIAs, Bonds, Tools and the cross platform capabilities.I was responsible for the Product management aspects of Fidelity's re-platforming project moving to the Sonata platform provided by BravuraI was responsible for changing our cash placement strategy, moving it to a more proactive cash placement strategy yet still ensuring that it complies with both client money regulations and working with the banks to comply with BASEL III regulations.I analysed the future of aggregation in the platform industry and developed a plan to advance this at Fidelity; looking at internal capabilities and major external suppliers.

I was responsible for the Investment Platform Proposition that supports Fidelity's Direct and Advised businesses. I was responsible for the development and management of the proposition, and vendor management of the external suppliers that supported this proposition.

I was responsible for a team of business analysts and programme managers and coordinating the implementation of all the major UK change initiatives for Fidelity’s Retail advised and direct platforms.- I developed the Fidelity FundsNetwork Supermarket’s wrap proposition with the introduction of new products and services including Adviser Fee options, CGT reporting and Portfolio Rebalancing.- I established the FundsNetwork Cash Management Account proposition and then subsequently developing the ISA cash park for both the direct and advised channels

I led a hybrid team of key account managers, project managers and business analysts to support both the development and day to day activities of Fidelity’s advised distribution business.- I established and led a cross functional operations team that supports Fidelity’s UK retail business.I was responsible for managing all aspects of the introduction of the SIPP, Investment Bond and International Bond into Fidelity FundsNetwork's suite of products. This involved coordinating all activities both internally in Fidelity and with Standard Life the third party supplier of these products. - I successfully delivered the Fidelity FundsNetwork SIPP and Investment Bond and subsequently the International Bond, with the SIPP taking 8% of the market in its first year.

I was responsible for running all aspects of DC Operations from new business pitches and implementations, the day to day administration of these schemes and the development of the operational improvement programme. Responsible for a team of over 50 administrators and service support who administered over 100 DC schemes in the UK and abroad. This included:- Running and developing Fidelity’s DC operations whilst managing significant business growth.- Developing Fidelity’s DC pricing model which is still in use for all pitches- Leading the re-platforming exercise for Fidelity’s DC administration system- Managing a major tax reclaim project to reclaim over £3m of tax for our clients with no complaints
