I am an experienced Information Technology professional with 25+ years experience. I am currently employed at Rocky Bay Disability Services as a Business Analyst. Rocky Bay is a large not-for-profit disability services organisation, employing more than 900 personnel. Rocky Bay manages many facilities throughout Perth, Western Australia, with an active client base of more than 2000 individuals who rely on Rocky Bay for all aspects of care. As a Business Analyst, I am member of the Applications Support Team, constructively resolving issues, and developing strategies to leverage Rocky Bay’s software portfolio. Of particular note is the revealing of trends and insights that comes with the development of advanced reporting and analytics. To-date, this has delivered many advantages to the business, and will continue to do so. I am proficient in many of the underlying technologies used in advanced analytics, including SQL Server and other SQL type databases, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and the Power BI technologies.
