In this role, I oversaw a portion of $100M global lean transformation consulting services. As a primary contact, I coordinated with the client’s organization, assessing their strategy and case for change. I set priorities, created and executed plans, and developed client’s core team. I have also served as a SME to executives and front-line teams. Working at a $1B provider to healthcare facilities worldwide, I moved through a series of promotions in recognition of exceeding numerous metrics. As a highly flexible, customer-focused leader, I transformed the business over 10 years. I also developed and launched two new products to strategic healthcare market sectors. Most recently, at the Architectural Products-Medical Headwall Systems and Plating Facility, I managed operations of a 150,000 sq. ft. plant across 3 buildings and oversaw $60M P&L.
