I was recently assigned to document work having been conducted by an outside vendor in the area of Disaster Recovery. This role includes beginning the process of monitoring all changes to all server systems in the company and updating the documentation, validations and execution changes.

I was responsible for the initial installation, design, security, training and daily support of the platform from 2007- 2015 including an upgrade to SharePoint 2013. Starting with a single box proof of concept to scaling out to supporting three major business entities, SharePoint became the company intranet for two of the entities.

Out sourcing of some development; the need for more in depth documentation; and the formalization of deployment and change management led to the creation of my next position. I was tasked with helping document and insuring documentation of the 3000+ program modules in the Legacy system, execute the implementation of changes in that environment.

Documentation became a priority in the department and I was moved into this position to develop what could be expected from a Technical Writer, what values they could bring to the company and how they could be used.

The Quality Assurance department was just beginning to mature when I returned to R+L Carriers. The skills and techniques of the QA Analysts were such that projects were being held up. I was hired to increase the throughput with my understanding of the systems and teach testing techniques to the other analysts.

For the period of one year I assisted a friend as he started his own software development company using Delphi to support the needs of an automobile industry company that built seats and tracked all components used to build them.

Worked as a third shirt operations person for 3 months responsible for tape back ups and phone call support. Call in of down circuits and notification of superiors of any major problems.Began programming in Business Basic (Company's primary platform) and became responsible for supporting the Safety Dept. programming needs from fall of 1998 through summer.

Preaching minister responsible for teaching and preaching as well as the oversight of the church office. While there, oversaw a renovation of facilities and saw the congregation grow from annual attendances in the 70''s to 130's. Responsible for teaching twice a week and preaching twice a week as well as home and hospital visitations.

All administration, publishing and preaching responsibilities for a congregation that doubled in size during my tenure. Also wrote and taught a majority of the adult curriculum used during this time
