Participate in weekly meetings to assist Government counterparts in providing future customer request for the Threat Computer Network Operations (TCNOT) Team in support of Operational Testing and Evaluation (OT&E). Provide the TCNOT with financial estimates to research and development of relevant tools, tactics, techniques, and procedures of cyber operations based on open-source and classified information. Prepare DD Form 1144's, Support Agreements between customer and TSMO that identifies cost, location and specific requirements for Cyber operational test events.
