Coordinate with the customer requesting the TSMO support to provide subject ROM. Initiate the test event coordination to include assisting in the reviewing of other required financial documentation needed that will support the event. Participate in weekly meetings to assist Government counterparts in providing future customer request for the Threat Computer Network Operations (TCNOT) Team in support of Operational Testing and Evaluation (OT&E). Provide the TCNOT with financial estimates to research and development of relevant tools, tactics, techniques, and procedures of cyber operations based on open-source and classified information. Prepare DD Form 1144's, Support Agreements between customer and TSMO that identifies cost, location and specific requirements for Cyber operational test events.
