Grew up in health food stores and fell in love with nutraceutical science and natural medicine at an early age. Eventually managed the stores, and became a health coach. I later became a national educator on a nation-wide lecture circuit for one of the leading supplement companies. I had always wanted to work in innovation and product development and was fortunate to receive the opportunity with a leading probiotic and digestive health brand. My goal has been to build the most effective formulas and craft the most compelling messaging. I'm a firm believer that there's no need to exceed the data or use hyperbole in claims and one of my goals throughout my career has been to help further legitimize alternative and complimentary medicine with a rigorous approach where I strive to reason by evidence rather than anecdote and cleave close to the scientific literature. It has been an honor to work among some of the smartest and most accomplished people and companies in the industry!Oh, and I'm also licensed pilot for small aircraft, and have been a youth soccer coach for going on ten years!
