Restoring GRAVITE’s participation in the GOE enabled the ground system to be exercised end-to-end allowing for requirements closure for the ground system. Coordinated efforts for a team that involved developers, system administrators, subject matter experts from Raytheon, and technical support from IBM.• Worked with systems engineering team to sell off and gather artifacts for over 100 system launch requirements for the GRAVITE segment of the ground system.• Rewrote system software version description and hardware baseline documents to comply with requirements levied by the mission assurance team.• Wrote and successfully guided passage of numerous software/hardware change waivers required during the ground system launch freeze.• Primary interface for technical oversight of contractor efforts for software deliverables and operations staffing.• Coordinated data system launch preparation activities in compliance with project directives.• Worked with the senior management team on the restructuring of the organization to reflect operation requirements and to identify staffing needs.
