Similarly redefined office measurement practices from reactive to proactive. Office measurement teams developed, implemented, and managed data validation tools, procedures and practices.Recognize the value of, and promote understanding business processes and the necessity of measuring process improvement using key indicators.Starting in 2008, have worked as a subject matter expert for enterprise measurement projects, in Canada and in the U.S.My passion is conveying the importance of understanding business processes, with emphasis on the process of hydrocarbon measurement; it's inputs, activities, and outputs (products/services).
