I oversaw recruitment efforts for 12 graduate business programs. My duties included collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team, traveling for recruitment events, and rendering admissions decisions. In this role, I met 124% of my goal for new student enrollment in FY21.

I served as a leader on the recruitment and admissions team for Specialized Masters programs. My team's focus was Finance, Accounting, and Logistics and recruited over 300 graduate students per cycle, with a focus on the U.S., India, and China. I also served on the admissions committee for the Full-Time MBA program.

I directed the fundraising call center at the University of Delaware which had 75 employees and raised between $1.3 and $1.5 million annually.

I managed a portfolio of young alumni, set up networking events, raised over $50,000 for scholarships and financial aid, and managed a small group of student callers.
