• Establish recruiting strategies, demand survey and implement seamless execution to match SHMC's recruiting strategies, organize external and internal recruitment, lead business units to accomplish recruiting plan, conduct recruiting channel analysis and talent database development,prepare monthly report on recruitment and employment activities;• Responsible for the management of various external recruitment channels, maintain and develop staffing vendors, responsible for further integration of recruitment resources, standardize recruitment flow, increase the efficiency of recruitment, support company’s employer branding;• Evaluate the best hiring tools & processes to achieve operational excellence, interview more than 20,000 candidates, ensure that new hires are properly on-boarded;• Build strong relationships with key recruiting contacts within the universities (e.g. Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tongji University, East China Normal University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai University, Shanghai Industry and Commerce Foreign Language College, Shanghai Institution of Electronic Information and Technology), more than 1200 graduates from top “211” universities hired by campus recruiting in last 6 years;• Responsible for external recruitment for experienced talents in field of finance and audit, mobile video business, R&D, KA manager etc., organize the external recruitment for placed employees, monthly 3-4 times; explore new and innovative approaches that reduce recruiting cost while maintaining high quality support recruit, 2,000+ placed employees hired in low cost cooperating with schools, colleges, careers centres, employment fairs;• Organize the annual internal recruitment, find talents and arrange them to the proper positions, nearly 1,000 employees get job rotations and promotions by internal recruitment pre year;
