About Bruce Withers

With over 15 years of experience in business transformation consulting, I am extremely good at helping clients push through difficult transformation projects. I have worked in several industries, with many different clients and I understand what needs to be done to really drive through practical changes that make transformation projects successful. I have worked on digital transformations, operational transformations and I am currently leading AI enabled transformations.The terminology may change and the technologies may improve, but the core challenges around aligning processes and people to a transformation project are usually consistent. I have a vast array of talents, skills and tools that enable me to make a real difference on any project that I deliver. I understand people, process and technology and I genuinely want to fix problems when I deliver a project. I use Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma and many soft skills developed over years of top tier consulting project delivery. These tools help me get the projects done and my experience means that they are done well and managed properly. I have successfully delivered client projects in Scrum, Process Excellence, and Intelligent Automation workstreams, using my skills in project management, business development, business intelligence, and communication.I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an industry generalist in Banking & Financial Services and Telecommunications.
