Analysis error data from Gomez or Networkbench, ELK, Zookeeper, made report to R&D for root cause;9. API call with Vendor API, or program API, written in Python, shell.10. Contact and assist with IT supplier include of CDN, third Part Monitor Plant, MPLS circuit, IDC, message, APM testing.11. Document IT SOP, and enforce IT SLA.12. Responsible for Global IT services windows 24x7x365.13. Responsible for IT asset.14. Assisting with IS team for assess the security risks on the network and IT system, and provide the solution to mitigate the risks.15. Leading this team changing to Dev-Ops team.
