Resource Efficiency Manager (Rem)

REM for the Army 81st Regional Support Command (currently) and previously for the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) with responsibility for Joint Base Charleston, MacDill, Fairchild, Keesler, Tyndall and Maxwell Air Force bases as a support contractor with Sain Engineering, Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton, Erica Lane and FEDITC. Perform energy engineering functions working on various energy management projects at assigned bases to support the US DOD facility Energy Program. Develop guidance and implement energy and other facility initiatives, projects, and programs to reduce demand and resource consumption. Primary focus areas are energy/water/resource efficiency and project feasibility analysis. Measurement & verification of savings, alternative financing project facilitation, supply-side cost reduction, energy awareness promotion, O&M efficiency enhancement, and new technology utilization.
