Hit Applications Manager
Current• Plan, establish, and manage applications, including documenting and assessing existing systems; suggesting and justifying enhanced systems; inputting system implementation priorities; and creating conceptual designs for upgraded applications• Create applications based on system users' preferences while ensuring the maintenance, accessibility, and integration of all data to satisfy major stakeholders• Carry out and present the conclusions and results from all system application phases• Collaborate with users to find, evaluate, and create plans for maximizing application's improvement opportunities• Establish and assess information systems processes to ensure alignment with the ADVENT’s core values and strategic initiatives• Identify, suggest, and promote ongoing innovations that will increase process effectiveness, scalability, and innovation of work performance and the capacity to achieve the ADVENT vision• Manage and support changes while ensuring compliance with appropriate testing, assessment, change management, and user input procedures
