Over my career, I’ve worked with a single principle: Work smarter. I’m a person that looks for a more efficient way to solve problems for my clients. It is the premise I use when approaching any product related initiative set before myself and team.I have held many positions over this timeframe that have provided very interesting and exciting challenges in the work I have done driving and running product teams responsible for 10 or more major product components, or development teams both tasked with delivering on the vision of these products.Throughout my career I have been successful in delivering simple to complex product solutions with high impact resolving client problems along with breaking new ground in areas not provided by my competition. I have also spent countless hours protecting these ground breaking areas by creating a portfolio of 40+ domestic and 70+ international patents with roughly 3 quarters awarded to date.The types of products delivered by the product and/or engineering teams I have led have been in the areas of; self help in store kiosk with live escalation, omni-channel routing for client support scenerios, intelligent channel orchestration for context based AI prediction of routing, IOS/Android based SDK/APIs for client app integration, to name a few.
