As CLO at Voices into Africa, I am directly responsible for the development and delivery of programmes and courses within the VIA Spreaker's Academy offing various education and skills to speakers across the continent of Africa

I joined the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa in 2018 and have been involved in various leadership roles for the Virtual chapter as well as the lead on the Launch Speakers Class, assisting newer speakers to hone their craft and develop their skills and habits of a professional speaker. I served as Association President in 2022/3I was promoted to Professional Member in October 2020.

The Innovation and Digital PC was developed from the Innovation Initiative at the Cape Chamber. Responsible for bridging the gap between technology innovation and business in the Cape region we invited guest speakers and ran workshops for members to help push the envelope and seek alternate futures based on new ideas and innovative theories.

Project managed various ODBMS implementations both in South Africa and in Holland. With teams ranging from 5 to 15, I was involved in all aspects of package implementation: initial customer expectations, comparison workshops, gap analysis, functional & technical specifications, training and final implementation.

Involved in the Distribution Center team I was involved in the maintenance of the existing DC software as well as the design, development and process re-engineer of a new warehouse system to process customer returns.

Using the WCSS (World Wide Chain Store System) package I was responsible for the installation, maintenance and upgrades at various local client sites. WCSS was installed to automate the central warehousing of 3 major retailers in southern Africa.

Over the four years I worked on the financial team, functioning as an Analyst programmer to Project Manager. During this time the mainframe IDMS based application was upgraded through various phases and projects to keep it in line with changing trends and legal requirements.
