Hello, my name is Bruce Buchanan. As a committed and knowledgeable healthcare professional with extensive experience in the medical field, being a Medical Lab Technician, I've always had a position to develop new ideas and bring them forward in a company. Developing new ideas benefits me in growth as an employee, but it also helps the employer long term. Adaptability and constant willingness to learn are something that I strive for in any job. Inventory control checklists, date checks, data management, and implementing proper organization habits are examples that I've much experience in, and developing innovative ways to efficiently and effectively maintain an organized workflow for running processes smoothly. I've also had many opportunities to train new hires and take on practicum students.Working in a team-based environment is something I do best! I've always worked within a team and enjoy being around others. Of course, working together is crucial in any profession. But it allows you to complete your personal goals and gives insight into future opportunities within the company. Some of my main passions in life are in photography and fashion modeling. I've also had some experience in doing commercial modeling and portfolio photoshoots. Another interest of mine is social media marketing. Some of my previous skill sets suit these types of passions, hoping I can gradually take on a new career change in this industry.
