• Program and lead technical oversight of Energy Management Control System (EMCS), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), utilities, energy conservation, and life safety systems

• Responsible for all maintenance activities under the BOSC for NGA at Bethesda
• Supervised four mid-level managers responsible for grounds, facility, and system maintenance, and building operating engineers
