I am currently a Partner of the Firm and the Managing Partner of the Connecticut practice, as well as the Practice Leader in our Software, Technology and e-Media Practice Group. I have more than 30 years of experience in providing accounting, tax and advisory services to clients in a wide range of industries. My primary focus is working with venture capital and private-equity backed clients , as well as companies seeking investor capital, including merger and acquisition transaction support and due diligence. I also have expertise in auditing, accounting and financial reporting.With a broad base of commercial clients, I have significant industry experience in software & technology, e-media, business services, manufacturing and distribution and healthcare, among others. I also work with clients in the not-for-profit sector including healthcare organizations and educational institutions.Prior to my role with O'Connor Davies, I served as a controller/CFO and as a managing partner in a venture capital fund. This experience offered a unique opportunity to gain perspective of our clients’ situation; having spent time on their side of the table, I feel better positioned to understand specific needs.
