• Manage development, funding, and implementation of energy and water efficiency projects throughout the UCB campus. • Manage monitoring and communication of campus-wide energy use to improve operational efficiency while providing a safe and comfortable environment for teaching, research, and public service. • Coordinate and collaborate with UCOP, DOE, and LBNL on national and intra-campus sustainability efforts.

• Managed multiple energy projects over six years within several departments under the SFPUC General Fund Energy Efficiency and Green Building Commissioning Programs. • Lead on commissioning project management for SFPUC Green Building Commissioning (Cx) Program. Responsibilities included managing $6.5 million Cx services budget and multiple Cx Authority consultants while coordinating with and reporting to client departments and trade contractors associated with 25 municipal Cx projects including SF International Airport, Public Safety Building, and Moscone Convention Center expansion.• Lead construction manager for the County of Santa Clara’s $3 million Advanced Lighting Controls & LED Upgrade project. • Managed multi-year prime contract with the California Energy Commission that provided engineering and financing services to 94 school districts and municipal agencies and included 48 ASHRAE Level 2 audit reports in one year.• Program design consultant to The Energy Coalition in developing and rolling out SoCalREN municipal project delivery program (TEN).
