•Was independently contracted to overhaul their Asana flows and calendar, and strategizing e-commerce initiatives.•In four weeks I was able to completely overhaul their Asana flows, redesign their templates and SOP's•Worked alongside Director of Marketing and was responsible for managing multiple teams (Copy, Dev, Design, CS, Ops) that included a few dozen team members.•Led marketing strategy and initiatives- I moved 310 from an email first strategy that focuses on sending out promotions to a more customer centric, personalized and SMS led strategy.•Approved copy, designs, and final scheduling for all promos and content•Planned and maintained content and promo calendar at least three months ahead of time at all times.•I introduced to the team at 310 the idea of the “Infinity Funnel”, an organic UGC led funnel that cycles content and UGC into the marketing and branding of the company. •Independently contracted by a local company in the automotive refinishing supplies industry to enhance their e-commerce store•Implemented strategies to improve retention, LTV, and conversion rate, while enhancing the overall visual appeal of their Shopify site•Collaborated with the in-house Graphic Designer to integrate a small tech stack, including e-mail Marketing, a Loyalty Program, and a UGC Review Platform•Successfully established and managed Instagram and Facebook pages to facilitate organic growth•Increased organic reach by 250% and generated a consistent stream of orders on the Shopify store
