I am responsible for a team of 6 IT Helpdesk Support agents. We are the first response for 5CA to maintain our IT products. Our main responsibility is to ensure our staff and agents are able to work and support our clients. We work with Microsoft suite of products, including Microsoft Azure to host all of our cloud services. A large part of our work is to maintain the profiles of everyone who works in 5CA using Active Directory, both on-premise and through Azure.

I was Team Lead for a team of 12 customer support agents. My daily activities were to coach my agents to provide the best customer service experience for our client. This was done through quality assurance checks, weekly meetings and training schedules that I prepared and managed for my agents. As part of the role I helped out with many external projects, including assisting our IT department with launching pilot groups for new WVD set ups. I worked for 3 months as a temporary Project Lead where I was responsible for 6 Team Leads and their agents, circa 70 people in total.

I was responsible for maintaining the day to day running of Wetrooms. Responsible for a team of circa 60 members of staff across 9 sites throughout Scotland. Working directly underneath the Managing Director's I drove the business forward in their vision. We made regular trips to China to visit our manufacturing partners to constantly increase the quality of our products and to search for new products to expand our product range. Another large part of my job was to make regular site visits with our customers throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, including various trade exhibitions. I also maintained and managed our IT infrastructure working with Windows Server 2012 and running our Exchange services on-premise. I networked our accounts platform, Sage Accounts, and our VOIP telephony System.A major part of my responsibilities was managing all Financial reporting for Wetrooms. Working very closely with our accountant I was responsible for all site visits with HMRC, filing monthly and annual financial reporting including our taxes, VAT and PAYE / NIC.

As Office Manager I was responsible for a team of circa 15 members of staff. We handled all administrative tasks for Wetrooms. Part of my responsibilities was also to manage our warehouse. This included managing all deliveries we sent out and received in. We sent out pallet loads of stock throughout the UK and Ireland and worked with large bathroom product distributors to sell our products. We were manufacturing our wood core panelling in the UK and we sold that part of our business and started importing a PVC equivalent from China, receiving on average four 40' containers of stock from China.

My main duties were to handle all administrative tasks for Wetrooms. Including raising sales invoices, purchase invoices, reconciling bank statements and handling our stock takes. I also worked very closely with our accountant and helped maintain our company accounts using Sage Accounting software.
