• Restructured / modified Hilton Corporate, Red Roof Hotels, and Equity Office Chicago (5MM sf office portfolio) transactions which were highly structured and complex senior and mezzanine positions that represented.
• Led acquisition team for the $205MM purchase of 33 Maiden Lane, a Class A 750M sf office building located in Downtown NY.
• Developed and implemented the CRE Business Plan, risk policies, standard operation procedures, as well as a new reporting process for the group.
• Planned overall strategy for the ultimate unwind which was approved by senior management in June 2011. Completed by Q2 2013, which was approx. 12 months ahead of original projections.
• Negotiated and executed Primary and Master Servicing Agreements with Bank of America.

Founded hospitality division within Capello Group. Direct all financing activities for the luxury lodging group using vehicles that include workout restructure, capital raise on debt and equity, and investing discretionary capital for fractured development transactions, distressed loan portfolios, and existing operating properties.

At WestLB, co-founded global hospitality group platform; ultimately held complete management responsibility for a $3B real estate portfolio primarily composed of complex construction and development transactions as the Global Head of Hospitality Finance.
