I was responsible for the Group's Musician product vertical B2B marketing globally, excluding the Americas region, helping to closing the loop between the company, our B2B customers and B2C marketing. My main tasks were:• Managing a budget for implementation of sales goals vis-a-vis marketing spend• Product launch process and implementation. Design of global dealer/distributor documentation, including managing language translation and distribution• International/European dealer/distributor email newsletters (some in 4 local languages: English, French, German and Italian)• Copywriting B2B communications. Proofreading and editing B2C product webpage texts, box artwork, emails etc.• B2B/Dealer press and digital ad design/development. This includes managing distribution of these assets• Successful end-user redemption product promotions. Development of full process including claim form design (T&C etc.) into multiple languages (via a third party translation team), brand/website pages (Umbracco/Wordpress) and redemption metrics• Assuring the Group's brands/products are above the fold on key dealer/partner websites, along with ensuring marketing assets to benefit sell-through are available (Soundcloud/YouTube/correct product imagery etc.)• Maintaining and fostering relationships with purchasing and marketing contacts at key global partners.• Upholding brand correctness and process, including managing the media section on the corporate website• POP (point of sale/preference). Co-design of hardware, implementation and rollout in key retail stores, working with third party creative agencies• Swag design and development (mugs, pens, T-Shirts USB keys etc.)• Local market consumer and trade events in the UK, Germany and Denmark, including booth design and build• Major artist clinics and events at key European dealers and shows, including arranging all aspects of travel, equipment set-up/logistics and promotion, along with direct artist liaison
