About Bruce Bruce has lived in Boulder since 1972. From 1983 until 1992 Bruce along with two other partners owned four of the largest and most popular magazines in the Boulder County area. In 1991 they sold the magazines. At that time Bruce started a rewarding real estate career and never looked back. As a long- time member of the Boulder community Bruce has provided professional expertise to hundreds of buyers and sellers resulting in over twenty years of successful transactions.
