Franchise Development and Recruitment Executive Responsible for all Franchise Development and related activities including but not limited to: recruitment, budget development and management, strategic department planning, prospective and existing franchisee qualification analysis, as well as market penetration analysis and planning Reported to the Chief Development Officer Managed a recruitment and development team of three, including incorporating the remote recruitment team into the CiCi;s Pizza Corporate Culture Worked cooperatively with multiple departments to instigate and navigate progressive thinking and change Responsible for reengineering the franchise recruitment process including the redevelopment of the application process, the addition of credit and background checks for all applicants, and the addition of an assessment/profile test for all applicants Reengineered the Discovery Day schedule as well as the interview and approval process for prospective franchisees Designed and developed the processes for managing the development pipeline  Directed the development of the franchise recruitment website and redevelopment of a Virtual Brochure Recruited and hired a franchise recruitment and development specific PR and advertising agency Managed the process of creating franchise messaging, collateral, and trade show materials Implemented a recruitment strategy with tactics such as PR, Sirius advertising, social media, grassroots project, national news, C-Level interviews and speaking engagements, and other recruitment activities  Developed and implemented incentive initiatives for new and existing franchisees as well as a compelling VetFran program

Franchise Development Executive Responsible for all Franchise Development and related activities including but not limited to: strategic department planning, franchisee qualification analysis, market penetration plans, demographic and territory mapping, psychographic analysis, real estate modeling and site selection Reported to the Chief Development Officer Managed and mentored a unified staff of five with esprit de corps second to none Oversaw legal aspects of the franchise relationship as it relates to Development Agreements and Franchise Agreements including but not limited to, defaults, terminations, and renewals Analyzed and facilitated internal relationships to insure cohesive resolutions between franchise sales, real estate, construction, training, operations, and marketing Managed the 2 year process in preparation of development, franchisee recruitment, selection, and brand entry into Mexico including an extensive relationship with US Commercial Services Oversaw and directly negotiated deals with Mexico Franchisees Effectively revised company sales strategies, which directly resulted in the increase of franchise sales for new, pioneer, and core markets Designed and implemented franchisee development support systems by the creation of the Franchise Development Guide and creating a Franchise Support Coordinator position

 Between 2001 and 2005 personally responsible for the sale of 450 franchises Developed and implemented a formal “Discovery Day” for prospective franchisees to attend Reported to CFO/SVP of Franchise Development Developed and put into practice an open house and sales seminar strategy that led to the sale of more than 130 franchises in California. Responsible for reporting and presenting to Board of Directors  Managed 50 state sales territory and leads Developed and implemented growth strategies and new technology to better manage lead flow
