Within a few years of inception, Oktobor Animation became a globally recognised brand, acknowledged by Nickelodeon as their "gold standard" animation production studio. In this time, OA also developed its own transmedia IP in conjunction with Hyper Hippo & Lance Priebe, released its MentalCore software product and produced over 1,800 minutes of world-class animation on prestigious titles such as Penguins Of Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, Monsters vs Aliens and How to Train your Dragon (amongst others).

Commissioned initially as Pinewood Studios Strategy Director, then appointed Group Director of Post-production to implement the Board approved plan to revitalise these renowned post-production studios. Responsible for the Divisional P&L and overall management of the post-production business across Shepperton and Pinewood Studios, reporting to Pinewood Group CEO. Aside of rationalising the division, we quickly brought Harry Potter back onto the client roster and the newly invigorated creative team got off to a great start by producing the award winning soundtrack for Slumdog Millionaire.

Spielberg/Hanks project Band Of Brothers for HBO Original Series. I designed the workflow and ran the post-department, completing the first-ever 10hrs of 2K post-production worldwide. The team achieved four Emmy's across sound & picture - I am also a proud holder of a Golden Globe for the same project.
