I joined The Key Group with ScholarPack in 2014, as a Trainer. Training gave me a grounding in the role/workings of MIS. Working in schools with leaders and teachers afforded some insight into the varied ways schools engage with MIS/edtech and the challenges faced.I went on to recruit and lead the Training team at ScholarPack. Later, at ~1,000 schools, I moved into partnerships for ScholarPack, as the requirement for dedicated resource in this area became evident. In this role I lead on partnerships - implementing a partner programme, recruiting and onboarding new partners and driving revenue through the partner channel.When Arbor joined The Key Group in 2020 I moved into Arbor's Strategic Partnerships Team, continuing to work with support partners across two MIS (Arbor and ScholarPack). I later took on responsibility for software partners.A key component of Arbor's success is the breadth and quality of our partnerships. I now lead on software partnerships for Arbor. Managing relationships with a growing partner ecosystem of >200 directly integrated and strategic partners, working on mutually beneficial commercial opportunities and developing our partner programme.
